Meet the Trainer: Sarah


Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m an Xformer instructor and I’m so excited to be part of the FLEX team. 


I grew up dancing, cheering, and running track, so staying active has always been a huge part of my life. As I grew out of those sports, I knew I still wanted something that challenged me and kept me moving, and that’s exactly what I found with XFormer. It is one of those workouts where you can truly feel and see your progress, which makes it so rewarding and honestly a little addicting in the best way. Outside of fitness, you will usually find me at a cute coffee shop, shopping, posting on my Instagram stories, scrolling Pinterest, or cooking something amazing. If you are taking Xformer for the first time, do not stress about being perfect. The workout is meant to challenge you in a good way and help you grow stronger. Focus on moving slow and controlled, really feeling each movement instead of rushing through it. And of course, do not forget to take your cute mirror pic after.
