This is slow, controlled resistance that hits deep- building core strength, muscle endurance, and total-body power without the impact. Every class is programmed to dial in form, activate your core, and take you to that edge where real change happens. The XFormer challenges you to move with intention and unlock strength you didn’t know you had. It's transformation, one rep at a time.

Strength Circuits

Strength training, your way.

 

Strength Circuits is a full-body circuit designed to target arms, legs, core, back, and glutes using cable machines, free weights, and functional movement tools. Each station is built for sculpting, lifting, and moving with intention. You'll rotate through focused training pods that run 10–12 minutes each — stay for the full session or jump in for just one. Start where you want, move at your own pace, and train with purpose. Want more? Stack your session with VersaFLEX or XFormer before or after to push your limits and finish strong.

VersaMile

Go the distance. Redefine your limits.


Held once per month, this 45-minute VersaClimber challenge is built to push your endurance, elevate your mindset, and break through plateaus. The goal? Climb a mile—5,280 feet—in one relentless, full-body session. It's not about speed. It’s about maximizing effort, building stamina, and chasing vertical progress one foot at a time.


Expect strategic pacing, extended climbs, and intervals designed to test your grit and reward your consistency. Whether you hit the mile or reach for more, you’ll leave stronger, sweatier, and more resilient than you came in.

Half modern pilates. Half cardio. All grit. You choose what you hit first, then switch.

This 60 minute powerhouse splits your time between the Strength Circuits Suite and the VersaFLEX Suite. Start with 30 minutes of slow, controlled time under tension training on the XFormer to fire up your core and build deep muscle endurance. Then shift gears for 30 minutes of beat driven cardio on the VersaClimber to push your heart rate, stamina, and mental toughness. Or hit your cardio first and finish strong on the XFormer.

This class is the perfect balance of resistance and sweat, designed to leave you strong, breathless, and fully charged.

Strength Circuits- Pump

Our daily Strength Circuit cut in half to focus on the day's weighted exercises.

 

This means cardio moves are cut out. Ideally, you pair this with VersaFLEX or XFormer for an extra boost, or take it on its own if you're short on time, or before a sauna! Your time, your FLEX!

Cardio Party

Kick things off or end on a high note.

 

Cardio Party is a 15-minute Versa workout that brings the heat fast — full-body vertical cardio designed to spike endurance, boost energy, and fire up your metabolism.

​

Use it as a warm-up before Full Body XFormer or Strength Circuits, or as a finisher when you want that extra burn. However you flex it, this quick hit of cardio power levels up your training and leaves you walking out stronger, leaner, and more energized.

XFormer- Xpress

XFormer Xpress is a 30-minute, high-energy class with quick transitions and targeted muscle pairings like arms & glutes or core & legs. Full-body work with a focused burn. Best experienced with a Cardio Party after!

Your XFormer starting line.

Slower pace, fewer moves, and extra transition time so you can learn the basics and dial in great form while progressively getting stronger. Perfect for beginners and anyone who prefers a more intentional pace, like our Silver Sneakers crew.

XFormer Build keeps the focus on the foundational exercises with longer holds and smoother transitions so you can strengthen your form and confidence on the machine.

Little FLEXers

Tiny FLEXers, big energy.

 

Drop off your little one for supervised play while you go earn your FLEX. Available for ages 2–36 months. Spots are limited, so be sure to reserve your Little FLEXer when you book class.
