XFormer-Full Body

The signature XFormer 50 minute workout that does what traditional workouts can’t. This is slow, controlled resistance that hits deep- building core strength, muscle endurance, and total-body power without the impact. Every class is programmed to dial in form, activate your core, and take you to that edge where real change happens. VersaFLEX

A 30 minute climb that delivers a full body cardio burn. Beat driven, low impact, and nonstop. Get ready to sweat, move with power, and push your limits on the VersaClimber.

Start with 30 minutes of slow, controlled resistance on the XFormer to sculpt your core, build total body strength, and push your muscles to the edge. Then finish with 15 minutes of high energy cardio on the VersaClimber to elevate your heart rate and your mindset. This class is efficient, effective, and designed to leave you strong, sweaty, and fully dialed in.

VersaMile

Go the distance. Redefine your limits.

This 45-minute VersaClimber challenge is built to push your endurance, elevate your mindset, and break through plateaus. The goal? Climb a mile—5,280 feet—in one relentless, full-body session. It's not about speed. It’s about maximizing effort, building stamina, and chasing vertical progress one foot at a time. Expect strategic pacing, extended climbs, and intervals designed to test your grit and reward your consistency. Whether you hit the mile or reach for more, you’ll leave stronger, sweatier, and more resilient than you came in.

Half strength. Half cardio. All grit. You choose what you hit first, then switch. This 60 minute powerhouse splits your time between the XFLEX Suite and the VersaFLEX Suite. Start with 30 minutes of slow, controlled strength training on the XFormer to fire up your core and build deep muscle endurance. Then shift gears for 30 minutes of beat driven cardio on the VersaClimber to push your heart rate, stamina, and mental toughness. Or hit your cardio first and finish strong on the XFormer. This class is the perfect balance of resistance and sweat, designed to leave you strong, breathless, and fully charged.

HYROX Training

HYROX training at FutureFLEX blends functional strength with high-intensity cardio for a race-inspired workout that pushes your limits and sharpens your edge. You'll run, row, lift, lunge, and grind through performance-driven circuits designed to build muscular endurance, speed, and mental grit. Whether you're training for the podium, the next competition, or personal growth, HYROX delivers the ultimate test—and transformation. HYROX circuit training at FutureFLEX is led by HYROX certified trainers.

FunctionalFLEX

Strength training, your way. FunctionalFLEX is a full-body circuit designed to target arms, legs, core, back, and glutes using cable machines, free weights, and functional movement tools. Each station is built for sculpting, lifting, and moving with intention. You'll rotate through focused training pods that run 10–12 minutes each — stay for the full session or jump in for just one. Start where you want, move at your own pace, and train with purpose. Want more? Stack your session with VersaFLEX or XFLEX before or after to push your limits and finish strong.
