Meet the Trainer: Faith

Hey, I'm Faith, and I am a VersaClimber instructor here at FutureFlex! 

I am so excited and grateful to be working with such an amazing group of people. I was inspired to become a Versa instructor because of my love for music and working out to a beat. A fun fact about me outside of the gym is that l am a cheerleader at Bakersfield College. My favorite way to move my body outside of Versa is by teaching heated Pilates! My piece of advice for someone taking their first class is to never be too shy to sign up. New classes, especially with machines you have never used, can be daunting, but you can only grow when you push yourself outside of what is comfortable and familiar.

I will be your biggest cheerleader in and outside of the studio. And hey, Versa might become your new favorite workout. See you in class!
