Meet the Trainer: Christina

Hi, I'm Christina! I'll be teaching Xformer, VersaClimber, and HYROX Strength Training at FutureFLEX.
I've been an athlete my whole life and have tried it all: sports, pilates, hot yoga, boot camps, races, and weightlifting at home. I can't wait to share my love for fitness and discipline with this amazing community. My favorite XFormer move is the Sprinters Lunge because it feels so powerful to push through that heavy resistance. Outside the gym, I'm a wife, mom of three, and a business owner. I love playing soccer, weightlifting, and going on mom walks with my girlfriends. My best advice for anyone trying Xformer for the first time is to be patient with yourself. The moves might feel tricky at first, but the more you show up, the better you'll get!
